SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern text messaging programs operated through the ARVO platform on behalf of performing arts schools.
1. Program description
When you opt in, you will receive text messages from your school via ARVO relating to your enrollment and schedule: lesson confirmations and reminders, schedule changes, absence and make-up coordination, enrollment and account notices, and responses to messages you send.
2. Opt-in
You consent to receive messages by providing your mobile number to your school during enrollment or account setup and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting the school's number first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your school's activity and your enrollment (for example, weekly lesson reminders or occasional schedule changes).
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. ARVO and your school do not charge for receiving texts.
5. Opt-out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. You may also contact your school's front desk or support@heyarvo.com to be removed.

7. Privacy
Our handling of your information, including the commitment that mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, is described in our Privacy Policy at heyarvo.com/privacy.
8. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
9. Changes
